EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT

  • Spaces are reserved and guaranteed on a first come, first served basis.  SPACES WILL BE RESERVED WITH A FIFTY (50) PERCENT DEPOSIT.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Balances for tables, electricity or other charges must be paid for at check-in. 
  • To cancel a pre-paid reservation, you must call before NOON on the MONDAY before the show. Your deposit can be credited to a future show within three months of cancellation or refunded.  All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.
  • There is a $25.00 services charge on all returned checks.
  • Requests for specific space locations will be considered, but can not be guaranteed.  Promoter reserves the right to change any assigned space of exhibitor and relocate for any reasonable cause in his sole judgment
  • All merchandise must fall in the category of antiques/collectibles/vintage/miscellaneous and are subject to Promoter's approval.  Promoter reserves the right to cancel a booth reservation or require alteration of any merchandise or activity that is inconsistent with the quality, theme or image of the show.
  • Exhibitors CAN pull their vehicles into the building for unloading, and four-wheel dollies are available for use.  Please return dollies to the office after use--DO NOT store them under tables or in vehicles during the show.
  • Dealer badges are provided and must be worn by all Exhibitors on Friday through Sunday.  Any Exhibitor found obtaining dealer badges for those other than legitimate assistants will be barred from any and all future shows.
  • Exhibitor must notify the Promoter if he/she will be arriving after 8:30am during the show.
  • Promoter is entitles to re-sell spaces not claimed by 8:00am on Saturday and payments will be forfeited.
  • Exhibitor must keep exhibit open during all show hours.  There will be no early packing during the show hours.
  • Exhibitor must keep his/her exhibit within the designated boundaries and avoid interference with other booths and Exhibitors.
  • Exhibitor must duly report all sales made during the show in accordance with the appropriate sales tax regulations, and abide by all pertinent city, country, state, and federal laws, ordinances, fire and safety codes; and all pertinent regulations of the Exhibit Hall.  Table covers must be flame retardant as required by the Fire Marshall.
  • Please bring covers for your merchandise for after-hours.  Nightly security is provided.  PROMOTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO EXHIBITOR'S PROPERTY FROM THEFT, MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCES, OR DAMAGES BY FIRE, WATER, ACCIDENT, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.
  • Exhibitors who request electricity should bring a twenty-five (25) foot extension cord.
  • Disorderly conduct such as fighting or drunkenness will not be tolerated.  Exhibitors can not smoke inside any building on the market venue.
  • Exhibitor is responsible for the payment of any damage charges assessed by the market venue for accidental damage caused by exhibitor or for failure to observe the rules and regulations for the construction and operations of his/her booth.
  • Pets are discouraged.  Dogs must be kept in a kennel underneath tables at all times.  No barking, whining or loose dogs!!!
